- distinguish between appropriate AI assistance and decisions that require professional creative or technical judgement;
- write prompts that define role, context, task, constraints, output format and review requirements;
- turn incomplete enquiries, notes and specifications into structured production documents;
- use AI to support dialogue, ADR, effects, Foley, mix, revision, QC, delivery and archive workflows;
- design human-supervised connections between project-management systems;
- apply confidentiality, consent, provenance and minimum-data principles;
- evaluate whether an AI-assisted workflow improves speed, consistency or error prevention;
- create a responsible AI policy and an implementation plan for an individual practice or small studio.
Course information
- Level: Introductory to intermediate. No coding is required.
- Format: Self-paced online course supported by demonstrations, templates and scenario-based activities.
- Estimated duration: Approximately 7-9 hours, including the capstone task.
